Return and Refund
Wholesaleairtrack.com wants you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with an item and need to return it, we’re here to help.
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can request a return before you open and use the product. After we received your return, we will offer you a full refund. Please note that you may be responsible for the shipping cost for the return. You can also contact us to negotiate a partial refund if you do not want to return the product.
1.All return should be requested within 5 business days after the order has been delivered.
2.The product can not be returned if it has been opened and used.
3.Please pay attention and use caution when you use the product. If the product is damaged by improper use, it can not be returned.
4.Buyer should be responsible for all associated import duties and the returning costs.
Your refund is issued once we received your return and the product is in good and reusable condition. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used unless a different payment method is requested by the buyer. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
There are some circumstances ineligible for refunds:
1.Confiscation due to Customs Clearance(Please check your local customs policy before placing an order.)
2.We can not deliver your order because the wrong shipment address has been provided, or the packages have been shipped back to us because the courier cannot deliver your order. Please double check and make sure that you have provided the accurate shipping address. If you found after your order is placed that the shipping address is wrong, please contact us immediately so that we can correct your mistake. Otherwise, you may have to bear the additional cost associated with the rerouting or changing of destination, and or the returning of your order.
3.We do our best to make sure that your order is packed well and shipped in time. However, there can be some damages and missing shipment during the shipping process caused by the shipping company. If such cases happen, please contact the shipping company directly for your claim. We will also help you to provide all necessary evidence and documents if it is required. All damages and losses during the shipping and delivery process are the responsibility of the shipping company. Wholesaleairtrack is exempt from such responsibilities.
1. Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us a ticket in your account. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your Wholesaleairtrack airtrack if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
